It was one of best hotels in Makkah especially if you are travelling from within KSA via your own car. You will find plenty of parking places around the hotel. Their customer service was top notch and shuttle service was available round the clock.

This hotel is incredibly peaceful and excellent in every way. The staff’s responsiveness is outstanding, and their service is prompt. The internet connection is very strong, making it perfect for work or personal use. A special mention goes to Abdullah Ghanem, who was extremely professional, polite, and always smiling and cheerful. Akram was also exceptional and provided top-notch service. I highly recommend staying here. The prices are very affordable compared to the location and nearby hotels.     Nice clean hotel at 10 min walk from Haram. Smooth check in, polite and cooperative staff, clean modern looking room. Restaurant needs up gradation, and addition of a light breakfast in this rate would be wonderful.
