Stayed for one night before departure, good apartments, everything you need, free transfer to airport. One of the family members needed medical care, Laura, the owner's daughter is a doctor and accompanied us to the hospital, helped us get help, for which we are very grateful to her, she spent more than three hours with us on her day off. Responsive host, clean villa, keys were given immedaitely on arrival, a/c in bedrooms, close to the airport. Everything was great considering we booked it one hour prior to arrival !

Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was great. The biggest upside of this stay was the location as it was 20 minutes on foot from the airport which was perfect for our last day.

Botique is one word to describe this property. We stayed for 5 nights and each one was well worth the stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and receptive ( a special thank you to Kenny at Reception and Themba at the bar who made our stay extra special). We were celebrating a special occasion and the hotel went over and above helping us celebrate it. It’s just across the road from a beach which has seating reserved for guests, although sometimes may be occupied by people not staying at the hotel so that may have to be looked at. The food was good with decent variety at the breakfast buffet. Food menus at the bar and restaurant were incredible. Overall we had a good stay and I would definitely recommend and would definitely visit Laïla in future.

The location was great, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was amazing (portion on the large side) - great value for money. Airport transfer were seamless. We would definitely recommend.

    Marie-Aline, the owner of MARL Self Catering was very...

    Marie-Aline, the owner of MARL Self Catering was very helpful and kind. She drove me to the supermarket and Eden Island for free. The apartment was very clean, well decorated and equipped as well as spacious. The location is very quiet, the planes do not make any disturbance. Very close to a bus stop going to Mahé and also a nice little beach only 5 minutes by bus. I highly recommend MARL.
