I came in off season, so I had the whole place to myself! It was amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking and so lovely the breakfast fridge incl. :) Sauna and showers were just great, so was the living room and the dock access. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely stay again!

We did not show up becaus our train got cancelled because of bomb alert. I phoned just to let them know that we would not show up knowing that the room was prepaid. Later the let us know we would not pay du to those exceptional circumsance. Amazing and trustable!

The place was great. everything very clean and organised. Beds are great for sleeping and bathroom is 100%. Very near for all the hikes and outdoor activities. Clear instructions for check in and all other stuff. I was a little curious about the breakfast, as there are many bad reviews, but it was great. Simple and everything you needed. It was self service, and that means, you are fully independent in doing a breakfast. Like at home. You can cook and use all kitchenware, and after you have to clean it/ wash it in a dishwasher and put it back. I understand if you come in main season, it can be a bit crowded and annoying, but what else can you expect in high season. If you like to be served, then you have to choose another place, but personally I think it was great to have so much freedom. We also used sauna and jacuzzi and it was great atmosphere in the evening. All in all highly recommended.

From arrival to departure, we were treated excellently. We arrived a bit late. Everything was closed, yet the girl at reception still organised some food for us. Thank you so much.

Location was excellent, very easy to reach from the highway. Late reception was the main benefit for us, as we were driving late. Breakfast was plenty to choose from, warm and cold dishes, stylish dining room, attentive waitresses very helpful, nice to start a day with smiling faces around at breakfast.

This hotel is just 2 km from central Örnsköldsvik, Paradisbadet Water Park and Fjällräven Center. Guests enjoy free access to the gym, pool and sauna.

Very nice hotel with futuristic restaurant , play zone for kids, nice rooms and very good breakfast. The staff was very friendly with us. At the restaurant , it was nice that they helped us with something we ordered outside the menu.
