The old manor is beautifully renovated and the interior is so nice, clean and cozy with many amenities. The shared living room and the breakfast kitchen makes you feel at home instantly, and the hosts Lina and Karl were so lovely. The homemade breakfast was outstanding and of high quality. We attended a wedding at the manor and decided to extended our stay to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside. There's a gorgeous lake and you can go for a refreshing plunge (but the area has lots of waterlilies so can't do proper swimming) and hire a kayak. We also walked around the lake - it was great but would recommend borrowing the cycles from the manor as the 15-20km is more of a leisurely bike ride distance. Surrounded by idyllic countryside: flower fields where you can pick your own for a small donation, grain fields, cows and horses, old-fashioned barns, summerhouses, woods with blueberries and cowberries, lakes, etc. Comfy bed, clean new facilities, great breakfast. The main manor house is gorgeous.
