This is a fantastic place. Stayed for 5 nights.The staff friendly with excellent knowledge. Rooms big and clean, and the option with two separate beds is perfect for friends travelling together. Beds fantastic! Breakfast with a huge choice. The Spa wonderful, and the restaurant just fantastic both a la carte and the excellent tasting menu.

The hotel is located in the old center which is amazing. You can really see the traditional houses of this neighbourhood. The staff of the hotel I only have one word: Legendary. These people know what service is and I want to highlight specifically Mr Melvin. How he improvised when we needed some food, knowing our activity couldnt go through, that is what you need in hospitality. That man is your Mascotte, he knows how to treat people correctly and help them out when needed. Give the guy a raise!

The hotel was really very good and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the kitchen was very useful, because in the city there aren't many restaurants or pubs.

Very good hotel with cozy rooms, a nice sauna, and an excellent breakfast. About a 20-minute walk from Kiruna Bus Station and 10 minutes on foot to the bus stop for the airport. If I come back to Kiruna, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Our glass igloo stay here was excellent! The bed is very comfortable and the hosts gave us a warm welcome! Although the room is a bit small, it has all the essentials tightly packed in different areas of the room. They also helped us book several activities we were interested in, such as Snow mobiling, Aurora hunting night tour with barbecue, and Day trip to the nearby Abisko National Park. The breakfast spread was amazing and the bread, vegetables, cheese and meat served are fresh and delicious! On the 2 nights we stayed here, we were lucky enough to see beautiful 360 degree vies of the aurora from the frozen river just a few meters away. After seeing enough of the northern lights from outside the room, we could also cozy up inside the glass igloo and see the dancing aurora display straight from our bed! The property also is quite close to forests and on one of the stays we saw a few reindeers roaming around the property in the evening. The stay comes with complimentary pick up and drop off from/at Kiruna train station as part of our stay, and a 1-hour session in the sauna, which is quite a bonus.
