It is the entire basement floor of a house (where the owner stays), with plenty of room and all you would need for a longer stay (full kitchen, laundry, etc...). Having a kitchen more than makes up for the distance to the centre, which is negligible if you are driving anyway. Keys were via a coded lock box, making a late arrival seamless.
