a really extraordinary small hotel 👍 a wonderful large room with a large window to the bathroom 😉😊 bed is very comfortable spotless clean staff is very courteous and friendly the SPA is small but very well maintained and overall very lovely bathrobe, towels and slippers at the room the breakfast service is brilliant this house is highly recommended worth every penny

Amazing experience at this beautiful apartment. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. The host organised smooth late check-in without any issues. Their parking space is great located on site and not located on the street. It was a really warm day & Air Conditioner in each room was a bonus ! Perfect location you have supermarkets and bakery within 1min walk.

Everything, but especially the restaurant and the staff. We loved it. We ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant. It was superb. The waiting staff, especially Sebastian, could not have done more to make our meal more enjoyable. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.

Booked whilst still in Zell um See the night before our arrival. Hotel exceeded our ex[pectation as it was in the hills around Izola, in renovated three buildings with swimming pool. Breakfast room was delightful and a well stocked breakfast was provided each morning. Because this was an old building the rooms were small doubles and bathroom was down the hall way, but for our use only. As for location, resort was 15mins drive from Izola and a great drive.

    A very nice town, cheaper than Portoroz, nicer and offering a lot more in terms of visiting, restaurants, walking, history, arhitecture, compared to Portoroz, which is simply a sea side resort (busy, artificial, etc).

    Excellent location, close to the center - just few minutes...

    Excellent location, close to the center - just few minutes walking distance, excellent clean apartment, very well equipped kitchen, great for a family of 4, with garden, jacuzzi, own free parking place, few meters from the sea. Great owner who prepared water, wine, and offered us a bottle of local olive oil. We will come back.

    Nice fishing town, best town in Slovenia for a beach holiday. Relaxed, enough entertaining, family and dog friendly town but also great for solo travellers. Nearby hidden beatches to explore. Coffee and croiassont, restaurants, fish market are great

    Nice place between Piran and Koper.

    Nice place between Piran and Koper. Whole seaeside in Slovenia is nice with excellent beaches. There were not too many people in the beginning of May. Nice place for swimming, cycling, wine drinking.

    it's a small city with good connection to other parts of...

    it's a small city with good connection to other parts of Slovenian coast; the city center is very nice with plenty of cafes and restaurants, we enjoyed the cycle paths and cycle roads to Koper and Isola; we prefer to stay in Izola comparing to Portoroz and Koper and it's not so crowdy and everything is close also walking or using bicycle

    Izola is a small jewelry box.

    Izola is a small jewelry box. With narrow streets, the delicious aromas of Mediterranean cuisine can be felt during an evening walk. We can meet very nice people here among the hosts. We ate fantastic food at the restaurants along the coast. You can eat fresh seafood straight from the sea. We are returning guests here and it was certainly not the last time we visited the town.

    Amazing view of Izola and beautiful sunset. Our favourite hotel buffet breakfast in all of Slovenia and al fresco ! The hotel caters for every level of traveller from simple camping / motor home parking all the way up to 5 star Cliff hotel. It comprises multiple buildings. We stayed in Šhalet which has been recently upgraded and is nicely decorated and modern. staff were also super helpful at check in and trough out the stay. it’s also a 10-15 minute walk down to a long pebble beach.

    We stayed here for two nights, but we wish we would have stayed longer. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming to our dog. The appartment was a lot bigger than we expected. The surroundings were a little piece of paradise. The location was great. Izola was about a 2km walk. Or if you don't like to walk there's also a busstop really close by that has regular buses to Piran, Koper and Izola. 100% recommend.

    Beautifull newly decorated appartement. nice rooftop terras. excellent location. as most places in Izola no private parking but there's a big parking very nearby. 5 min walk and 9,5 € per day. no reservation possible but we always found a free spot there. supermarket 5 min walk. very friendly and helpfull host.
