We loved the location of the property and that the hosts are very accommodating to thru-hikers. The food is outstanding and it was well worth it for us to order dinner - so tasty! The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Given the opportunity, we’d definitely stay here again.

Wow! The pictures online do not do this place justice. This was beyond our expectations, and we didn't want to leave. The apartment was perfect, and the views were breathtaking. The host lives right on sight and was extremely helpful. There is a spaghetti pizzeria right across the road and a market right next door. I believe during the high peak season, the bus stop is right in front.We walked a bit and found the soca trail to hike just over the bridge. It led to a suspension bridge. I highly recommend this quaint place. We were sad to leave and I hope to visit again. Thank you!

Apartament located between hills and mountains. Quiet surroundings, comfortable bed, terrace overlooking the mountains, amongst them Triglav peak!! Really cool, look at it at sunset and you will see a brilliant orange hue for a few minutes ;) the hosts are very nice, they helped us when we couldn't turn on the oven. We liked the three little goats :) Everything was extraordinary here, it is a place I would gladly return to!

A friendly, super clean, efficient Mntn hut right at the top of Vrsic pass, 15 minutes up a gravel road by foot. Dinner food was great & staff were so friendly and welcoming!

    An environment fit for a fairy tale, I thought there was no more beautiful place after Zakopane, but I was wrong. Trenta is a great starting point for many excursions, it is located in the middle of Triglav.

    Trenta is a small village and the houses are scattered, most of the visitors are walkers/climbers. The scenery is magnificent and the valley is still very unspoilt. We had done some food-shopping on our way from Klagenfurt because we weren't sure that there would be a shop or restaurant but there's a small shop and a pizza/pasta restaurant in the 'town centre' It was all perfect for us.
