We arrived to the hotel and the next day we wanted to go hiking, but my car's battery dead. The hotel staff helped for us. He took me with the hotel's car to the nearby town (Brezno), where I could buy a new battery. He took me back to the hotel and helped to replace the battery and the car was repaired. Attention to many details, very well thought and designed to be comfortable and better than expected on so many things. Even coffee grains prepared for the automatic machine, and tablets for the dishwasher. In front of the police station so you can feel safe in that street. Plenty of space in hidden wooden cupboards. The Museum extension is huge, at the other side of the building. Excellent and very spacious terrace on the top floor, with great views to the mountains. Billiard, live music area...
