We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, top quality for the price. We would like to thank and to apologize to the receptionist who had her first day when we stormed in. She was kind and lovely and helped us with everything. As others have said, the photos don't do this place justice. We upgraded our room and had a beautiful little balcony overlooking the old town, yet the room was exceptionally quiet. The free breakfast was a bonus and was quite decent. Separate toilet room and a room with a soaker tub, and a huge room. Great value for the money!

We were greeted by a delightful young man at reception. We were slightly early for check in, so we were given cold drinks while we waited about ten minutes. There is free parking outside and there are cameras for security. There is a lift to reception and the rooms. It is also all secure. Our room was big, modern very clean and full of natural light. The bed was very comfortable and great pillows. Nice bathroom with lovely shower. There was aircon in the main room which worked really well. There was a large TV. The breakfast was fabulous and again, lovely friendly staff. A great selection of food to choose from and all very fresh, colorful and tasty. There is a Lidl's close by and also a great Italian restaurant. The hotel was located close to everything by walking. Recommend this hotel as the perfect place to stay. Lovely staff, safe, clean, free parking, great breakfast.

Room #4 is excellent, I am a world Traveler, adventure and a single man. I came here many times This room was my first time spacious including kitchen, sauna and jacuzzi. I can recommend this for 2 persons or small kids or me with a exiting date. I’m an open peaceful man I received very good vibes from staff. Of course I’m returning in Košice and will only rest and relax this accommodation. I really love the people in this part of Slovakia, pure and beautiful.
