Sierra Leone is a very poor country that is trying hard to attract tourists. The city reflects what you would expect of a poor West African country and this is not a destination to be confused with say going to Spain. It's a destination for the traveller rather than the tourist. Its an interesting city with its story of the slave trade. A guide, with car, is definitely required to get around the city. This hotel is a good choice for business people on a budget - Not really very suitable for Tourists since it is far from any beaches.
