Nice spacious room, we had good view to swimming pool and the roof between two hotels, even could see the part of the sea and sunsets. Huge balcony, big living room, good furniture with tv in every room. The hotel really does have great breakfasts comparing to other hotels in Phuket with the similar price, always big choice for European and Asian taste, good coffee. Has live music almost every night until 22:00 in the bar next to swimming pool, around 3 times per week they organize some buffet/barbecue for dinner for reasonable price.

We loved this charming hotel on Phuket! It felt like a little retreat, with a lovely courtyard and a pool to relax in. The dining area on the second floor was perfect for morning coffee and fresh fruit. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The owner is a kind and welcoming lady, always happy to help. The location is great, especially if you rent a scooter or car. Beautiful nature surrounds the area, and there are some fantastic cafés nearby. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay in Phuket. 5 minutes walk to Kata beach and close to shops and restaurants. Two fantastic pools and a room with everything you could possibly ask for. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Ning who was alway there to assist us. We will definitely stay at Chanalai Flora Resort when next in Phuket.

The staff was VERY welcoming, Early check in was allowed, Rooms were large and well decorated, Cleaning was spot on, Really liked (specially the kids) the pool access from the bedroom, Breakfast was very good, specifically compared to other 4 star hotels in Phuket,

Great place to stay in Phuket, in a quiet location but also close to Kata beach. Pool and reception areas are great, rooms are a good size. Reception very communicative and helpful in organizing taxis and providing recommendations.
