So much about this resort was amazing. We really felt like we were staying in the jungle, it was all so private & luxurious. A complimentary "buggie" brought us to the closest ATM when we asked where it was & the staff arranged a private car (at additional cost) to bring me to the nearest pharmacy & supermarket when we needed some supplies. The staff were so helpful, specifically Pa & Siri, who honestly felt as though they couldn't do enough for us. Having a private pool was amazing & room service was delivered so quickly after ordering via their QR website. The one night that there was going to be a delay they rang our room to let us know it would be 30 minutes, which was a very nice touch.

This is a warm heart home stay. Family run business. The host is very kind and gentle.The room is very clean and big enough. The bed is very comfortable . Local convenience store and restaurant are within 100 m walk. The beach is about 250 m walk.

We had suite with private pool right near the beach, it looked exactly like on pictures and we liked it a lot! Excellent pool, beautiful nature, lovely beach with free sunbeds and no people from outside. Excellent breakfast with both buffet & a la carte options. Food at the Edge restaurant was also very good. Next to the hotel, if you go right over the beach, is nice beach cafe with fountains and lovely desserts, though not a cheap one. Freindly staff - Noo from reception organized excellent private tour to James Bond Island for us. Hotel has also provided lovely beachfront setting for St. Valentine's dinner.

    If you want to visit a clean beach for swimming and water activities, this is not a good option. there was plastic and other rubbish every where, both on shore and in the water. The resorts locally are lovely though and still worth staying at. We stayed at Santhiya and it was wonderful. The best thing about this area is it is not overcrowded and the locals are lovely

    Very poor. I wouldn’t recommend it. The room was tall and had all the facilities you need and the pool and beach area is nice. But for going there you have to cross a public road with lots of traffic. But the worst thing was the food. All our food experiences during our whole stay there was just unacceptable. When we told our complains at the first Dinner to the waitress (the tiger prawns were like gummy the rest was more ore less tasteless) she just said ‚ok‘, left and didn’t come back for a long time. The breakfast offers many different food options but mostly weak quality and poor taste. There is an egg station where they offer also poached egg. When I ordered one, it was (pre-cooked) picked out of a plastic box in the fridge and served cold; the omelette Thai style was disgusting - really not what you expected in a 5* Hotel. If you’re staying at the resort anyway, you should eat outside the hotel,for example at Natai Seafood.

    The purpose to stay at Natai beach was to be closer to the airport after spending more time further north. Luckily it was only one night. At best it is a three star Ressort. Needs urgent renovation, breakfast is very basic, fitness room is a joke, the price level impacts ‚atmosphere‘… no way I would spend my vacation at such a place. Beach was ok, pool was sizable, staff was lovely, room had a good size … on the positive side

    We stayed there for 2 nights before the new year holiday, on the first night we forgot to turn off car lights so the battery was lost and our car couldn't start. The bell man who is working there ( I forgot to ask his name) on 29 Dec 23, is very helpful to check and look out for a battery cable to connect our car within heavy rain. Finally we can restart. I was really impressed this matter 😊 the hotel also cleaned, calm and can swim with a beautiful beach.

    Chose it for closeness to Phuket Airport for a few days at end of Thailand trip. The Thai style rooms are VERY beautiful, as is the way the lagoon winds through the hotel grounds. Very crowded in afternoons but not too bu sy in restaurants. Loved the wooden walkway to the GORGEOUS beach. If you don't have transport it's somewhat isolated, but for a few quiet days it was PERFECT

    The hotel has a perfect location for a peaceful and quiet holiday. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The pools are big. It was great to watch the sunset by the sea and walk on the beach.
