We booked a room for a short rest and shower before our evening flight, choosing this hotel for its convenient location near the airport. When the staff found out we were struggling to get a taxi, they generously offered us a ride themselves. Their kindness made for one of the most memorable moments of our two-week journey across Thailand!

Loved our stay at The Brown Hotel. Located near lots of great food places, a 7-Eleven right outside and a very short walk to the river and small mall too. The hotel staff are wonderful especially Fon the receptionist and our housekeeping lady who were both so warm, attentive, smiley, caring and hardworking. The rooms are very clean, comfy beds, great aircon and they even kindly upgraded us to a bigger room so they could upgrade the one we were staying in with a new TV. Their laundry service was very handy too. Wonderful place to stay if you're visiting Krabi town.

Liked how close it was to the night market and the river. The pool was clean and cool, maybe a bit too much chlorine in it though. The attached restaurant served nice cocktails and we had a great fruit and granola bowl for a late breakfast. The corner room with pool view was huge and the bed was big, great for me as I am 1.91m tall. Don’t miss the Tan cafe which served great food and the one section had aircon! We really appreciated the beautiful swans they made out of the towels as a happy birthday decoration for my wife.

If you want to stay in Krabi Town (e.g. like us to visit the Tiger Cave Tempel), you should definitely come here! Large room with balcony and free water, coffee and bananas. There are several night markets nearby, as well as a laundry kitchen and severall 711. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, even gifting us credit for the laundry kitchen (that is not a part of the hotel!!). The owners really made this hotel feel like place to come home to.
