We were the first guests at this brand new hotel! The room was spacious, the bed was a bit too firm for those who don’t get used to, but the pillows and blankets were really comfortable. The shower area was spacious, and the shower has good pressure. The balcony area is spacious and peaceful. The breakfast was great! I have a vegan diet and asked the owner for fruits and vegetables and he prepared organic vegetables! He also cared about you and your stay. Kitchen/living room area is very spacious with lots of books to read. One last thing we loved about this place is that there are some medical items in the building for you to use anytime you needs. I have never seen any hotel/guesthouses to have that.

Beautiful residence designed and built and run by the friendly owner wisit and his family. The environment is peaceful and closed to nature, room and service are top top standard, the owner and his family really looked after us well and offered a lot of local insights to us and invited us to join their friends celebration party - once in a life time experience for us and will for sure be in our memories for a long long time! On the 2nd night, we got the room that was supposed to be for us and it was amazing. Clean, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, nice and clean bathroom. The place is not close from the old town but we needed to be on this side of Chiang Mai as we were doing Doi Inthanon early in the morning. I recommend this place for couples and families only if you stay in the new build part. They provide toast, biscuits, jams, and coffee and tea every morning. Staff is lovely and polite.
