an incredible place to relax and stay in tuch whit nature and simplicity, ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation because there you will have no signal and in my opinion it is good to unplug a bit, a magical experience to wake up with the elephant that comes to say good morning. the structure and the staff very professional. excursions directly with the hotel really wonderful! If you love nature and being in the middle of it, this place is perfect. We stayed in the river camp just next to the elephant sanctuary so had loads of interactions with the elephants. The access to the camo is a bamboo bridge over the river which requires some balance but is all part of the adventure. Each morning 1 or 2 elephants came down for breakfast at 8.30am which was an unforgettable experience. Breakfast and dinner were ordered via WhatsApp and delivered each day, the food was amazing, especially the Thai green curry. Helpful staff and despite being so rural and isolated, there was great wifi and the toilet and shower were lovely. It rained on us one night and the owner called to check on us, despite it being the middle of the night. Highly recommend if you love nature and elephants!

We stayed for a night and also did the "Elephan jungle expedition". The whole experience there has been one of the best in our lives. And special thank you to Lucky (our guide) he was awesome and we learned a lot from him about the elephants, what they do there, and the culture/history, etc. We wish you all the best.

I loved everything. The little houses used as rooms are so inviting and charming. Being on the room's deck looking at the elephants is priceless. They have a restaurant with very tasty food. The breakfast was very complete and delicious. The staff was cordial and everything explained on their internet site is exactly as is. I would definitely without hesitation recommend the Tawan Riverside Resort.

We loved the general feeling of the place and our hosts. The view was the best we got in the area and the care we got was something we were just not prepared to get! Thanks to Nukul and her family and the homemade homestays and homemade meals we felt like part of the family. We were even audience for Nukul's father local wuitar concert. The beds were comfortable and the complimentory package was way to big to use it.
