This is a beautiful property nestled by the river. Inn, the owner of BanTonRuk was especially kind in making sure I had all the facilities. He speaks great English! He even arranged for a taxi for an unconventional and distant site-seeing. He made sure he was available for all my queries or concerns. And even offered to help over the phone if I had any need for translation! The property is not very far from the Bus station, and young travelers can reach from there by walk. But smaller tuktuks are available for cheap. There is also a mall and a petrol bunk close by.

Ryan from the front office is a tremendous asset to the team—he is incredibly helpful, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. Very quiet location, need to drive to most of attractions, but it was great. No partying all night, perfect place to sleep. They had a water dispenser at each floor so you could refill the water bottle and glass water bottles in every room. The staff was kind and helpful. Would stay there again. 😊

This is one of the best value resorts I have stayed in. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are very practical for travelling with a baby. The all inclusive package was incredible value for money. We will definitely be coming back. We were particularly appreciative of Ae and Oilly extra efforts to entertain our 6 month old baby while we were eating meals.
