Not the nicest part of island.
Not the nicest part of island. Geared towards full moon party, laughing gas and fire shows. Quiet when not full moon in a nice way but the town is run down. Haad Rin beach is beautiful though. Saw quite a few families which was nice. Rented our bike from here and explored the island for a few days. I was expecting Haad Rin to be more crowded, dirty, and over touristy. But it wasn't! Yes, there are plenty of shops and bars and the streets are a little lively, but the beach itself is spacious, clean, and so relaxing. In my opinion, Had Rin is not suitable for families at all, but only for young people who like to lie on the beach most of the day and wait for the full moon parties. They made us feel at home and were very quick to respond to any query or issue. Location is really good - near the pier for the Full Moon Party whilst also being far away enough to not be disrupted by it. Approx 10 min walk to Haad Rin bay. Near lots of bars and restaurants and amazing view of the beach. Lovely rooftop bar/ restaurant too. They treat each guest extremely friendly. The room is clean, and the breakfasts are AMAZING, the pool has a nice view, especially at sunset. The hotel is located at Haad Rin beach, not far from the Full moon party location, but at the same time has it its own access to a beach which is on the other side, and this beach is much cleaner in comparison with Haad Rin.Guest review byKseniyaSerbia
