Koh Phra Thong is the most naturally beautiful and serene Island we could imagine. And you Get it all pretty much to yourself!! Sea rounding is in the perfect location from which you can experience koh phra thong. You wake up to the sounds of a multitude of birds, some of which Can be seen from the balcony of your bungalow overlooking the backwaters. When you leave the premises you find yourself on the most astonishing beach, that stretches for miles. If you feel like exploring the coastlines, you can easily spend a couple of days on the beaches. Sea rounding offers free use of kayaks and snorkling masks that we used to experience 2 smaller Islands a few 100meters ashore of the hotel. Quite good snorkling!(we were even lucky enough to see turtles) The space in the bungalow is efficiently designed, in absolute mint condition, and kept super clean throughout our stay. The bungalows are updated in both form and function. The design of the bungalows made the use of AC and even the fan unnecessary as the breeze cooles the space. You need not worry about bugs either, mosquito nets are installed in all gaps and openings. There is an overall air of intention, thoughtfulness and diligence at Sea rounding. It shows throughout the design and in the style of service. There is a dedication to detail, a strong sense of place and a relaxed home-like feel. We understand that the experience is a vision carried out by the lovely hosts. We much appreciated it! The very kind and super attentive staff at sea rounding arranged very smooth and comfortable transfers - both on the inbound as well as the departure. The communication was thorough and timely, this felt very reassuring. We can strongly recommend sea rounding!

a wonderfully quiet complex in a fascinating landscape. Kate is an amazing host and manager. there is always coffee and fresh water. sometimes we got even some fruits or sweets to try. Everybody is always kind and caretaking. The cottages are equipped with mosquito nets and fans. comfortable mattress. large storage area and hanger. Everything is very clean upon arrival and is cleaned on demand. There are comfortable chairs on the shady veranda. The toilet is an incredible experience, you can see the starry sky and the birds in the trees to the side. There is no on-site restaurant, but you can eat great at the Bar or Eco Horizon on the beach in front, both a very short walk away. I love Rakkan Resort because of the traditional style, the calm and friendliness of the owners and staff. One sleeps fantastically and restfully. There are many exciting animals to watch and incredible landscape to explore. Highly recommended for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.

A great place to stay in Khura Buri, especially if you are headed to Surin islands. Tom can arrange everything for you to get there. We really appreciated the air-conditioned room after spending a week in the heat before. :) A great restaurant is just behind the corner, and so is 7eleven. Everyone from the staff is super nice!

Beautiful property. We stayed in the bamboo cottage which doesn’t have AC although we could have paid more and upgraded to an AC room. Our room was comfortable, well designed & well thought through. There was a big mosquito net over the bed and also netting on all the windows so we didn’t find bugs to be an issue at all. Good bathroom with hot water shower with decent pressure. Staff are friendly & helpful. Location is sublime, right on a beautiful clean beach. Overall facilities are very good (including the restaurant). Excellent value for money, would recommend to anyone.

This idillic place is certainly the best option on the island, especially for what concerns the food. The bungalows are very confy and we just had the greatest time here.

Staying in BABA Ecolodge is an amazing EXPERIENCE. Every house is unique, we had a pleasure to stay in the „Sea Blue 1” for 5 days - together with my fiancée. The hut was truly beautiful. Very comfortable bed, a lot of space in wardrobes, bathroom outside in the open air and the balcony with the best sea view that you can imagine! The whole resort is basically in the jungle and you can admire the beauty of nature on every step. Restaurant is in the stylish colognal building and the breakfast served is truly exceptional. The beach is very long with a golden sand, you can see a few kilometers of it with literally no people for the most of the time. There’s also a bay with a beach bar, beach loungers, water equipment and calmer water with smaller waves. There’s an option to take a kayak and have a trip into a mangrove canal for about 30 min one way, which was very nice as we love kayaking and the surroundings was really exotic. All the staff in the resort is really nice and helpful. The manager Theresa was very kind and responsive prior to our arrival, during the check-in she gave us a long explanation about the resort and the welcome tour to show everything. Also, you can find a very comprehensive guide in your apartment, with a lot of useful information and describing the mission of the resort. There’s a small library that you can use and borrow a book - several languages available. Last but not least, I took 90 min Thai massage (1,400 THB), that was probably the best massage that I’ve ever had, not only during this 3-weeks trip, but in my entire life (and I had probably something like 100+ of them). After the 1st one I immediately booked another for two days later.

Very authentic, nature welcoming, amaizing fresh local food and the host was super friendly. The trip from Kuraburi was very enjoyable, We also had a great time on the roadtrip from the pier to the location (aprox 20 min) in the back of the pickup van (we were 16 people) through the wild savannah scenery.
