One of the best guesthouse I’ve ever stayed! The staff is lovely and friendly! Dogs and cats are well behaved and easy to cuddle. Rooms are clean and comfy! The location is just perfect! 5 min walk from the walking street but quiete. 5 minutes walk from sunrise beach and from the secluded beach behind serendipity resort (you should not miss it!)

A really nice little ”hideaway” located at a quiet area. The sunset beach is very close and you can enjoy the more peaceful beach easy. Room was s cozy bungalow, with a fan. Staff was very helpful and friendly abd breakfast fantastic. Really loved our stay and would stay there again, if visiting Lipe.

Extremely kind employees- they upgraded us to the nicer bungalow, provided us with water and towels, and kept offering us shots! Location was close to the walking street, on the beach, and close to the ferry station.
