This area still has Elephant rides and Elephants in small fenced areas poorly treated. We visited an Elephant sanctuary where most of the animals were rescued from local tourist attractions who failed to be able to take care of their animals. It is critical as a traveler that you "Do NOT" help establishments that offer rides to keep in business, instead support the facilities that offer being around Elephants and share in a genuine love for their well being.Guest review byRyanUnited States
