We had a very great time in Phuket and really enjoyed our stay from the first moment that we entered the hotel. The team is super friendly, supportive, check in quick and easy (even before regular check in time spooks be to enter the room). A very special appreciation goes out to the girls at reception. Sabai and Baijok. Sabai was almost everywhere. Jumping between reception and breakfast area to support where help was needed. They helped us with recommendations for restaurants, booking of a transfer to the airport and as we were too early to enjoy their great breakfast, they provided breakfast to go including coffee. We stayed in a deluxe room in the ground floor with direct pool access which was awesome. Also the pool area on the roof was great. Absolutely recommend the hotel 🚀 Keep on rocking team Kokotel 🫶

The proximity to the Airport was excellent. The rooms were lovely. We were in a room with a swim up pool. That was a lovely surprise. The staff were all lovely. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Close to the beach with Bars and Restaurants just about 15 mins walk . I would highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a great hotel with great location and super friendly staff. We stayed there as our last night in Phuket before flying to Bangkok and it was perfect. They even offer a free shuttle to the airport which is 5mins away.

Where to begin, the lady at the reception is one of the sweetest person ever, there is really good wifi, and the room has basically everything you need for even months! This is the best best best hostel I've stayed at in Thailand maybe not ever: it had a balcony, a kitchen, a big fridge, a big TV, and even a washing machine, and complementary wash detergent :') I've never been this spoiled while traveling.... Thank you so much for this great value for money. I am amazed at all this for the price, I can even come back to Thailand to stay here for months on end. The location is 2 minutes away from the Phuket international airport and did I mention the one-way free shuttle service? Oh yes. Thank you for this excellent service and everything you provide, I will definitely come back again!

    Go along where the restaurants and people are as it's the nicest there, or a tiny bit farther south along the shore. Closer to the airport and national park, the beach is very dirty and full of rubbish, although you can watch the airplanes take off. I loved eating at The Beach Restaurant Nai Yang. Right on the beach and reasonable prices.

    A very pleasant stay there without the noise and holiday trend that patong beach has. if you want a nice getaway this is the place to be I will go back again one day the airport is only 6 minutes by Bolt taxi and cost 120bht there are some nice eating places there to.

    From our experience its a great place to relax before heading home and handy that it is close to the airport. Although the beach wasn't as nice as when were had previously been in Feb a few years ago, I think this is the main thing we like about it plus all the restaurants on the beach.

    It is one of the very few places on the island that isn't over developed, however this won't last long. Not a place for people seeking late night entertainment, very much a family location as evidenced by the number of Vlad's army visitors. An excellent and extensive west facing beach. So if looking for a low impact and quiet holiday this is a very convenient place to come. It's barely 10 minutes from the airport and that can be a major benefit on an island with a crowded and under-developed road system.

    Noisy and crowded in peak season When tide was out has to walk a long way to get to deeper water for swimming. Sometimes struggled to find a sun bed Fantastic restaurants along the strip, spoilt for choice Lovely sunsets

    We stayed here just before leaving Thailand. It is great because it is not as busy as the other beaches in Thailand but it still has some restaurants and markets. Also a bit further at the beach near the airport you can see the airplanes flying over you when they land!

    Definitely the best hotel in Phuket. The most affordable prices for the service you get here. The staff is friendly and will always welcome you with a smile and fulfill all your expectations and solve everything you need. The hotel is beautiful, new, with a beautiful pool, delicious breakfast, close to the beach, bicycles are available that you can use to go anywhere. Around the hotel you have everything you need, a market, a market and shops. THANK YOU TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES, you are wonderful. we love Thailand because of you.

    Fantastic place to stay overnight on transit thru Phuket. 7 min easy walk from the airport. Lots of local food places and massage places within easy walking distance of the hotel. Check in was super quick and easy. Room was very clean, bathroom was very clean also. Complimentary drinking water and basic toiletries provided. Room also had hairdryer, tv, ac, fridge and wardrobe to hang clothes.
