I had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Phuket Old Town. The location is perfect—right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore everything. The hotel itself is really cool, designed as a tribute to the old On On Hotel, capturing the nostalgic essence of Phuket’s past. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, the beds were very comfortable, and the transfer organized by the hotel went perfectly. Plus, they provide free water daily—a nice touch. There’s no breakfast included, but the hotel has a café with some options, and there are plenty of good places to eat nearby. If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable place with a great atmosphere in Phuket Old Town, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

    A lovely, walkable old town, with sino-portugese buildings, some great little restaurants, and easy access to many islands, as well as the rest of Phuket. Always worth a night or two as part of any trip to the area.

    Old town is lovely romantic.

    Old town is lovely romantic. Don’t miss the Sunday market the food options are endless and all delicious. I favoured Michelangelos bar as the staff treated me like family. And several nearby restaurants served some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. A lot to do in old town but be sure to also visit the beaches. I would stay near the beach and visit old town when not on the beach

    Lots of places to eat & drink and everything I tried was deleicious. It's a much quieter alternative to other locations in Phuket but has enough going on if you want a quieter, more laid back experience. The Sunday Night markets were a great distraction and had a huge amount of stalls with everything from food, crafts and clothing.

    The bustle and lively vibe of Phuket Old town is well worth visiting. We loved the evening market on Sunday night - it’s got to be experienced. The architecture mixed with the smells and tastes and sounds is something you’ll love if you like shopping and food. The out of centre shopping centres are also very good, clean, and full of great brands. The royal marina is lovely too - worth a visit and especially if you’re going to one of the many islands.

    We stayed in old town, which was quiet and perfect for us. We did go to Patong beach and Bangla road for the nightlife and for the experience, it was a lot of fun! 2 nights was a perfect amount of time in Phuket for us!

Loved wandering around the old town. the architecture in the area is gorgeous. and I had the best coffee of my life (I’m from Sydney where we have great coffee) in a little cafe around the corner called CAMPUS

    Very big spacious room. Nice and clean. Friendly staff and very accommodating. The restaurant attached has amazing food and good value for money. The location is probably ideal for people who visit Thailand often. Not ideal for first timers but not bad either as you can grab a taxi to most places and it doesn't take long. Very lovely hotel with a nice rooftop bar with nice views.

    We enjoyed our stay here. the staff at reception were super friendly and the kitchen area was spotless ! We loved our room the bed was very comfortable (unlike the hard beds we stayed in most hotels in Thailand) the room was spacious, clean with a lovely colourful bathroom. Having a smart TV in our room was a big bonus for us! We could watch anything we wanted.

    Good place near Rassada pier, if you leave from/arrive there to/from Kho Phi Phi. Nice pool and views. Functional room. Slippery shower beware, I hit my head loud (no injury apparently). Breakfast and food are not the best in Thailand. Mostly Russian clientele it seemed. Not much else to do around, but Grab will bring you wherever you want, by scooter or car.

    The employees were extremely kind and thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was stylishly furnished with a beautiful bathroom. The highlight of our experience was the breakfast—it was absolutely exceptional and probably the best food we had during our entire trip to Thailand.
