The most amazing of the resorts is its staff. They are so kind and helpful. After reservation, we received detailed information regarding breakfast, transport, tours, celebration arrangements. I have mentioned that we were on our anniversary trip in Thailand and the staff was so kind to decorate our room with flowers. Some people complained about outdated rooms in the reviews, but I would say that the cottages are very spacious and authentic. The beds are comfy, the outside shower is great, terrace is nice. The pool is well maintained and the beach is beautiful. They even provide umbrellas and beach bag stored in the closet. There is no restaurant available , but they provide breakfast baskets in the room/terrace. There are many restaurants on the beach. It’s also possible to rent a scooter straight in the hotel. This place is definitely recommended for couples and families.

Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to everything. They were kind enough to help us arrange a taxi to and from the apartment and they also helped us to rent a car at the last minute. They provided water every day, which they left on the staircase, and refreshed our towels during our stay (they even provided bathrobes which was a nice touch). It felt comfortable and private. The place was well equipped if you wanted to make some simple meals or have a night in.

Great location and beautiful room. Staff were very friendly and kind. Standards of cleanliness up to my high standards! Really lovely people and would definitely stay there again. I had a lovely bath on the balcony - chosen for that reason. Beautiful panoramic views from the enormous picture window - so we could see the sea below and gorgeous sunsets. Nice big swimming pool too. Restaurants very nearby and beach just a short walk away. (Bit steep walk up on way back).

The rooms are have a modern design with good lighting and a nice layout. On arrival our room was clean and daily cleaning is offered. The location is perfect, two minutes walk to Salad Beach but near enough to the mountain that you’re away from the noise of any bars and restaurants. The manager i dealt with over WhatsApp was very friendly and always ready to help.

    Aside from the turquoise water, there is a reef just a few...

    Aside from the turquoise water, there is a reef just a few yards from the shore where you can snorkel and see beautiful fish, big clams, and coral. Although much of the coral is bleached and dead, there's enough living coral there for adults and kids to enjoy. Since the water is shallow, it's safe to walk all the way out where it gets a little deeper for better snorkeling. The beach is a white sand beach, but we recommend swim shoes which are available at a little grocery store, along with snorkel masks. Many beachside restaurants to choose from. Although there is no public shower, some restaurants have an outdoor shower available.

    Water is very low shallow cannot swimm at all until around 18 PM we didn't like this beach full of rocks in the water not the best beach . Difficult to go further in the sea full of rocks not good for snorkelling

    After having to pay more for our accommodation because the room wasn’t suitable, we ended up paying a lot more than we thought the accommodation was worth. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable but the staff and cleanliness made up for it.

    The Hotel was very badly maintained all around.

    The Hotel was very badly maintained all around. The Rooms (our 3 bedroom Villa) was nice inside, but outside the surrounding had a lot of maintenance items missing. There was no service at the pool. the restaurant only really did service on there patio, So you felt that you were on your own. But the good side was that there was plenty of sunbeds to use, maybe because nobody really wanted to hang around inside the hotel. The beach was fantastic, but although the restaurant was just next to it, there was no options for service from the hotel on the beach either. No dining with your feet in the sand, which was possible at other hotel further down the beach. Sorry to say, but Salad Buri is way to expensive for the service and standard being supplied.

    The stuff was super unprofesional.

    The stuff was super unprofesional. Solving of prroblems was really bad. Room service forgot to lock our room so it was half day unlocked. We had broken ac for one day. Teo nights there was some annoying neighbours which was drunk playing loud music and nobody dont care about it. Also the resort by itself was old and there was a lot of broken things. Restaurant was really not good…we was in most expensive villa but our stay was awful. There is plenty better hotels on this beach.

    Basic comfortable aircon room with large balcony with...

    Basic comfortable aircon room with large balcony with hammock right on beach. Perfect to relax in quiet with many restaurants nearby. You need a motorbike or car to be able to access many beautiful places on koh phangan. Staff at Haad Salad Villa were excellent and very attentive. I recommend this villa if to rewind reset yourself.

    Amazing staff - very helpful, smiley and caring. We really felt at home. The pool is perfect for small kids (ours are 7 and 8) - not too deep and not too big. The resort as a whole feels really cosy and nice. Location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Haad Salad - really close, 50 meters maybe. The hotel offers their own taxi for cheaper than taxi companies.

    We booked this last minute as our original hotel was overbooked. The man on reception was very nice, and the room was fine. The resort is beautiful, lots of lush greenery and next to a very soft sand beach.
