The hotel was fantastic! The facilities were modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The pool area was serene, and the atmosphere overall was very relaxing. I was especially impressed with the staff’s hospitality. Nawfal at the reception was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Imad from guest relations went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing helpful recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. Their outstanding service truly made our visit memorable.

Very nice cozy hotel, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The manager, Mr.Mohamed was really friendly and attentive to all our needs. There is also a restaurant/bar in the hotel and their food was good. Highly recommended if you plan to go to Sousse.

Dear Booking.com Team, I recently stayed at one of your listed hotels for a family vacation, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was chaotic, with long queues and disorganized staff. Guests were handed cards to fill out without pens, which only added to the frustration. The lack of network and Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. The dining situation was equally problematic. Both lunch and dinner times were incredibly crowded, and the buffet food ran out quickly, leading to confrontations and long waits. Despite having an all-inclusive package, I had to eat outside the hotel on several occasions because the dining facilities were so poorly managed. This trip felt like a significant waste of money, and the overall quality of the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from your recommendations.
