Staff ir reception desk and everywhere is professional, fast and friendly. Сheck-in to the room was very fast. Rooms are quite large and clean. Bar (refrigerator) is the room is not small. Conditioner is strong and works properly. The food in the restaurant is testy and a very good selection of dishes, including see food. Two open swimming pools on the hotel territory are very pleasant and clean. One of them is with the see water. It is necessary to note that a lot of sun umbrellas and beds are everywhere: on beach and near the swimming pools.

Our short visit to Tunasia was extremely enjoyable because of this hotel. The whole team made every effort they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Akram in the Bar, he went above and beyond on every single interaction we had, to a point which my Girlfriend mentioned Akram is spoiling us. Other Team members who I would like to mention are Fedi, aymen, Aladin - quadbike,Moataz ,Mohammed,Kamel ,jaleel, Imad, Raouf. My sincere apologies as I cannot recall the masseuse who was in the spa.

Dear Booking.com Team, I recently stayed at one of your listed hotels for a family vacation, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was chaotic, with long queues and disorganized staff. Guests were handed cards to fill out without pens, which only added to the frustration. The lack of network and Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. The dining situation was equally problematic. Both lunch and dinner times were incredibly crowded, and the buffet food ran out quickly, leading to confrontations and long waits. Despite having an all-inclusive package, I had to eat outside the hotel on several occasions because the dining facilities were so poorly managed. This trip felt like a significant waste of money, and the overall quality of the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from your recommendations. Staff were amazing. Very patient and kind. All the staff seemed happy to be there and willing to answer any questions. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The entertainment was great. Enjoyed easy access to the beach with snacks and drinks. The pool was clean and well controlled.

    I am partly disabled they was not electric mobility scooters...

    I am partly disabled they was not electric mobility scooters to rent for me to get around where I want to go outside the hotel I was stuck in the hotel in my own company, the beach was too far for me to walk which I would have loved to go down to I love my seafront that was very disappointed. And also yes I will love to come back to the Port EAl Kantaoul.

    All the staff were very friendly. Pool looked good but was a bit chilly for a swim. Indoor pool was nice and warm though. Nice beach outside but a build up of seaweed at the waters edge would make swimming difficult. We went out of season so it might be cleaned up normally. If not, turn right, go past 'that' hotel, and it's fine further down. Entertainment was ok at night. Good variation of food at mealtimes

    It was a great decision staying at the hotel, staff was unbelievably amazing, so polite so friendly. Check-in was really easy , Mrs Rafiqa helped whatever we needed. She was very kind and always ready to help. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. I would love to stay again and highly recommend it. Me and my wife both had an amazing time at this hotel. 5* customer services.
