Me and my family strongly recommend staying here if you visit Tunisia! We want to say a special thank you to Mohammed and Mehdi from the reception, everyone from the animation team, the restaurant waiters and the cleaning ladies from floor four. There was lots of places to visit in Tunisia, which we did through Mohammed. We stronly recommend asking him for trips, he has a connection to a very nice guide. Mohammed also helped us with our bad wifi connection by providing us with a WIFI router. The hotel itself was really nice, the rooms were perfect. It was always cool in the rooms and there was lots of space (family suite, 2 rooms). The pool and beach are well equiped. There is always space and something to do (animation team). Thank you for the perfect stay 🙂

Our stay at Medina Solaria and Thalasso in Hammamet, Tunisia, was nothing short of extraordinary. After an exhausting journey back from Europe, my family and I found the perfect oasis to unwind and rejuvenate. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, setting the tone for a memorable experience. Our check-in was handled seamlessly by Mr. Moez, whose professionalism and friendliness made us feel immediately welcome. Despite not remembering all the names of the other staff members, their collective effort in ensuring our comfort was highly remarkable. The reception team was attentive and quick to assist with any requests, embodying the very essence of hospitality. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find an array of thoughtful gifts awaiting us. Fresh fruits and refreshing drinks were beautifully arranged, a gesture that made us feel valued and special. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view of the sea from our room, a request we had made before our reservation that the hotel fulfilled perfectly. The room itself was impeccably clean, a testament to the dedication of the housekeeping team. Every corner sparkled, and the attention to detail was evident in the fresh linens, perfectly made beds, and the overall pristine condition of the room. The entertainment team at Medina Solaria and Thalasso deserves a special mention, particularly my friend Thamer. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious, making each activity engaging and fun for both adults and children. From morning exercises to evening shows, the entertainment provided a vibrant atmosphere that kept us entertained throughout our stay. Thamer’s charisma and ability to connect with guests made every interaction memorable. Dining at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The most gorgeous resort I have ever stayed at. The room was huge and beautifully laid out and decorated and was extremely clean. There was comfy slippers and when we went to the beach and returned, there was a fruit plate waiting for us! I have never had a better peach. Our room faced a garden with a terrace with fruit trees. It was beautiful and even had a cute towel rack to dry your swimsuit! The beach was incredible! The hotel is right on the water with (free to hotel guests) lounge chairs and grass umbrellas. There is a restaurant right on the beach with kind and helpful staff who come to your beach chair for your order and bring out a table! You can dine and drink (if you want!) literally feet from the ocean. There is also a shisha stand on the beach so you can get a hookah also right there on the sand. The water and beach were impeccably clean.

    Tunis itself is worth a short visit. Hammamet is a nice place to relax. Nabeul is a pretty town about 30 mins in the taxi which is also worth visiting. Found 2 excellent restaurants there. Le Patio and Bon Kif.

    Hammamet is a beautiful place with many choices. Many good restaurants, many shops. Close to the beach. Lovely peiople. Dont miss the medina. L'amiral a restaurant in the port, excellent service and wonderful food. Barberousse with a beautiful view and very good food.

    We didn't go out into Hammamet this time, but we have in the past. The old medina is fun, and there are a few nice restaurants on the beach. Otherwise, there isn't much reason to leave the resort.

    Stayed in the newer part of Yasmine Hammamet.

    Stayed in the newer part of Yasmine Hammamet. Area OK and quiet. This was mid June. Supermarkets closeby, for water and nibbles. I did not choose A.I., which did not bother me. However so many hotels in Yasmine area were AI, so one could not visit with friends easily as doormen were stopping entry without their wrist band - as if you would be drinking and eating in their hotel, which I was Not planning to do. The main town of Hammarmet has a lovely beach area and the Medina is a fav of mine. Visited town by local bus. Fare was 25p! Yasmine Hammamet- you can do plenty of sports including para- gliding. I went to a local Spa for seaweed wrap- it's pasted on then you go into a very hot room. Massages, pedicures etc are easily available too. Enjoyed a relaxing holiday- hot weather. Most hotels in Yasmine are geared for loudish entertainment which not for me but many ppl enjoy that side 😎

    In lieu of what the rest of Tunisia offers - for me - Hammamet was simply thee best...I'll recommend Hammamet and Iberrostar Averroes above Sidibou Said any day. Loved The Rovers Restaurant!!! The Medina was great, too.

    I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is ideally located on the beach, close to the center of Hammamet, and conveniently near my customers' location. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. A special thanks to Mrs. Ons at the reception, who provided detailed information about the restaurants and even offered a discount on the high-quality buffet dinner. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Tunisia.

    Best guest house I stayed at during my 9 days in Tunisia. Beautifully designed and well constructed with excellent staff. Comfortable bed and linens. Heat was nice to have in winter. Breakfast was very ample and they even served me at 7:30am when I had to leave early one morning. Location right in the medina is convenient if you want to stay in historic core. 2 minute walk to beach and lots of restaurants, stores, etc.
