Most of all the staff, they were friendly. Tentative in wanting to meet all your needs whatever they were.. The location was fantastic, I couldn’t have a better location. The food was absolutely excellent fresh pot and everything that you would want. Excellently prepared. Requests were taken care of immediately. Tranquility/peaceful is the environment of the hotel.

From the moment i arrived, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making check-in smooth and effortless. The room was spotless,beautiful, and designed well with a great bathroom . The bed was uncredibly comfortable, and i slept so well each night. The location is perfect close to everything with easy access to shops , restaurants, and public transport. Overall, it was a peaceful , relaxing stay, and i would definitely come back.

My stay was absolutely perfect! The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable. Everything was perfect. Large, beautiful, clean, and newly renovated rooms. I have nothing to complain about. The hotel’s location is perfect, right across from Galata Port, close to Istiklal and the tram station that goes to Fatih (Grand Bazaar and Mosques). The breakfast was very good, with everything you need (eggs, vegetables, fruits, jams...), and fresh products. The hotel owner is very nice. Parking is available in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was beyond perfect. The room was really comfortable, the staff amazing. They’re always offering things to drink. They accepted all our demands. They were really amazing we will come back for sure. We prefered two things : The Hamam and Sultan who was always smiling and offering his help. Thanks a lot for him

    It is the only place for the overnight staying between the flights ( my case). Closest hotels to the new airport. Transfer is overpriced for the distance of 8-10 km. But in the others hotels it is more

    Close to the airport and after checking in our hotel we took...

    Close to the airport and after checking in our hotel we took the taxi to Göktürk Kemerburgaz suburb. That was OK except we didn't have a roaming mobile SIM card with us and to find the taxi back without the app was almost impossible. Had to buy a Turkish prepaid SIM so we could get any taxi back to our hotel. Lucky the SIM is not too expensive but there is a paperwork they have to fill in for you (€20 with 10 gb data for one month). It was also handy for the next day at the airport where we had to wait 9 hours for our flight... We stayed only overnight in Arnavutköy in Melanj Airport hotel so not much there to see since we didnt have a car plus the weather was not nice.
