This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again, everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a cozy bed where I could get a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the room cleaning was exceptional. The location is convenient, with easy access to both city landmarks and attractions outside the city. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday, and when I returned to my room in the evening, I found a birthday greeting and a cake in the fridge. It was such a sweet surprise and made me so happy. Thank you so much! We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Izmir.

The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. Now, onto the food - simply divine! Almost everything - Spacious and comfortable room, friendly and helpful Reception (Mr Eray & Mr Sanes) as well as all the staff from Concierge, Housekeeping dept and Bar (my bf had food poisoning a day before and we brought back a packed food which he left almost untouched and needed to heat up the next day. We called to room service to enquire if there is any microwave we could use, the man who picked up the phone obviously couldn’t be bothered to our enquiry and said NO & BYE. Well, it didn’t make sense such a big hotel has no microwave. Hence we went down to lobby and staff from the bar was extremely kind and helpful to not only heat up, but laid the food nicely and beautifully on a plate for us. Which for me it was definitely an extra miles!). We definitely had a wonderful stay! :)
