Just across the main road from gondola and ski shops. They had a partner shop at the slopes too which offers a discount. The staff thankfully reached out to us on booking.com as we booked a room without a toilet which would have been a disaster as we travelled with young children. They were really warm and accomodating with our kids

Hello everyone! It's a very cozy place! The building is new. This is a very convenient location for those who came to ski in Erciyes (30 minutes by car to the resort). The staff are helpful and polite. There was a friendly atmosphere! Thanks a lot! We will definitely come again! 😃

We had an excellent stay! The room was big, very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. The hotel staff was very friendly and also the location is excellent, right in the city centre. We can definitely recommend it!!
