The hotel location is good and awaliking distance to a mall, the hotel is also surrounded by many restaurants. Wonderful hotel staff, they are very collaborative and welling to assist you in every possible way. I highly recommend New Balturk Hotel in Izmit! The localisation is amazing - just few minutes by walk from bus station, many many restaurants around, the place is pretty quiet, and taxis are available. The hotel staff is very nice, always helpful, and available on WhatsApp, so in case of any trouble you can get a help from them. Place is very clean, rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is nutritious and very varied. The perfect place to stay for a business trip or city tour.
