One of the best budget hotels with adequate facilities and cleanliness, located very aptly near the centre of the city and train station and walkable to bus pick up points. The hotel staff helped with the taxi at a reasonable price for local visits to Ani and Lake Cildir. The view from the window of our room was to the Mosque and the open ground in front, which was good as it was covered with snow. Breakfast was good too.

All the staff, from the ladies serving breakfast, to the Reception were friendly and very helpful. The Turkish breakfast was amazing. Every day they had 1 or 2 Kars specialties included in the breakfast.
