We enjoyed our stay in the traditional hotel, the rich breakfast and how welcoming and helpfull the staff was. Even though they only spoke turkish they helped and provided anything we needed. The room was comfortable, clean and warm.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Upon our arrival, we were immediately offered tea and coffee. They also helped us carry our luggage from the underground garage to our room. The SPA is included in the room price. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is located very close to the main street in town.

The location. I can walk to Kars Citadel and Fehtiye Cami. I got 3 beds in my rooms I slept on all.of them. Water pressure is good. WiFi is ok to work online. Many grocery shops and eateries in every blocks. The hotel owner is really helpful.

One of the best budget hotels with adequate facilities and cleanliness, located very aptly near the centre of the city and train station and walkable to bus pick up points. The hotel staff helped with the taxi at a reasonable price for local visits to Ani and Lake Cildir. The view from the window of our room was to the Mosque and the open ground in front, which was good as it was covered with snow. Breakfast was good too.
