My husband, our cat, and I recently stayed at this charming family hotel during our road trip, and it was a delightful experience. Although the parking space is limited, we found it easy to park our car without any issues. The hotel feels like a cozy visit to grandma's cottage – the food is delicious, and the staff is always happy to chat and make you feel at home. What stood out the most was how pet-friendly the hotel is. Our cat was welcomed as a cherished guest, which made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone traveling with pets.

The best place we have ever been. The apartments and the place itself are extremely beautiful. The owner is very kind and hospitable. We had reserved two rooms for two nights, the cave-like place known in this area. As soon as we entered our room, we could smell a strong smell of damp and mold. There was one dehumidifier that couldn't absorb all the moisture. There was no way we could leave right away because we had a hot air balloon flight booked for the next morning. It was very dusty, sand was falling everywhere from the ceiling and walls. My husband went to sleep in the car. In the few hours inside the room, our clothes absorbed the moisture and smelled bad. After the hot air balloon flight and the breakfast (which was very poor) we left right away. They didn't want to refund us for one night 😡

We had the most amazing stay at Rustic caves ! Ideally located walking distance from the city centre of Göreme, we had a lovely and very comfortable room with everything you need (large bathroom, kettle with tea and coffee). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We are really thankful to the staff, who were particularly kind and accommodating to us throughout our whole stay. They can also help you with any type of activity you wish to do while in Cappadocia. We rented a car through them, and paid 55 € full insurance for one day.
