We were very thankful for Mehmet who was not proficient in English but promptly attended to our queries and issues in the evening. We used Google Translate to communicate. We had to set off for a tour early one morning so we requested a simple breakfast to go, and Mehmet made it happen. Hotel breakfast was delightful. Location was peaceful. Good heating in the room.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms are clean and comfortable, view is great, spa and fitness are excellent and have anything you may wish for. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay at Kaya Hotel in Izmir! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great, just 10 minutes by car to the biggest shopping mall. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely stay here again!

The location is great, the rooms extremely clean, the hotel is close to the metro and the pier. The breakfast is varied and caters for all tastes. The staff were so helpful and accomodating. Green hotel..you can't open window and have the AC on. Highly recommend this hotel...ticks all the boxes

All the three gentlemen in the hotel who currently work behind the reception deserve to be applauded for their remarkable services and hospitality. I got nothing else to report.
