Due to some technical issues in the hotel, we've been accomodated in another hotel - Hotel Riverside. It is an excellent location by river Dalayan, 10 minutes walk from the city Dalayan. It is located in a beatiful garden with roses, lemon and orange trees. All the staff were very accommodating and nice. The rooms have been cleaned every day. The swimming pool is great. A delicious breakfast is served in the garden. The Riverside Hotel has their own boat and has arranged a trip to the Turtle Beach, to the lake and to the mud baths.

I recently stayed at a new villa, and I was thoroughly impressed. The villa was incredibly clean and featured a fantastic pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a comfortable environment throughout our visit. All elements and equipment in the villa were brand new, contributing to the modern and fresh feel of the place. The host was exceptionally great, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway.

The friendly staff they couldn't do enough for you. The location very near the centre . The bus stop the river taxi. The breakfast was great Fridge in the room. Food they made in their cafe was exceptional. All homemade and not expensive. We ate there a lot. Pool was very clean a lovely area to relax.

Nice place. It is a family hotel. The owners are nice people who care about the comfort of their guests. We asked in advance for the opportunity to arrive early and leave our suitcase, but in the end we arrived 40 minutes early and were checked in immediately, without any extra charges. The room for two is spacious. In general, everything is comfortable. Ceilings are really nice :) The location is perfect: to the embankment, to the exchange office, to Migros, to cafes - a few minutes. At the same time, the hotel is on a quiet street, where there are not many cars and people. We liked this hotel :)

Good value for price paid. Breakfast included was good Turkish breakfast with fresh ingredients. We had two dinners cooked for us which we thoroughly enjoyed ( the fish cooked perfectly). The friendly welcoming hosts.

    We liked the tranquility of it all away from the hustle n bussle. But with the option of just being a boat ride away from it if we wanted to. We chose not to. We had everything we needed lovely home grown home cooked food and wine. Would highly recommend

    We stayed in Dalyan, which is a peaceful and beautiful place. Don't make the mistake of staying in Ortaca itself; though close to Dalyan (and, weirdly, lumped together on Booking.com) it is more developed and not nearly as nice.
