We was pleasantly greeted when we first arrived and was made to feel very welcome. We loved everything about this place and the village. It’s so peaceful and relaxing and as we stayed in the tent it was so comfortable and very affordable too. I’m not a bird watcher but I found it amazing how many beautiful birds there are around this area, there is also a beautiful stream and very friendly local village people that was happy to invite me and partner to join them for cups of local tea. This is a real Turkish experience and we made lovely memories and great friendships too 🥰

The rooms were as clean as they can be and beautifully furnished. Simply perfect work by the hosts and their team. They were always ready to help with any further request. The host. Mr. Sedat, is an incredibly kind and nice person. He helped us with any question we had and went the extra mile to make us as happy as possible. Our trip was for sure even better thanks to him. He knows a lot of locations in Kusadasi and advised us to go to certain restaurants as example which were absolutely amazing! The rooms are located very close to the sea, you just have to take a small walk, it's like 2 minutes and you can see the sea from your balcony if you're in a room which is seaside. You have a whole beach promenade directly where Lulubay is located where you can choose from several restaurants and bars do have breakfast at and dine at. The cocktails were awesome too! Couldn't have picked a better location to have a trip around whole of Kusadasi where you have a lot of amazing sightseeing possibilities (cultural things), Spas, bars, restaurants, etc to choose from!

Great location! Steps away from the main attractions yet as soon as you step into the doors of villa Ephesus a quiet and calm atmosphere greets you. The facilities are clean, very comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The staff were beyond helpful when it came to answering questions and helping us plan transportation.

We really enjoy our stay in this hotel. It is run by a family, they have few rooms but you have all you need. They prepare a very nice breakfast in the morning for you and are very kind. The place also has a nice terrace where you can relax and have some tea. The location was also great, the city centre was close (5min walk) but it is also far enough to not be noisy. It is a nice option for active couples and traveling friends who want to have a nice place to stay after exploring the city or coming back from a long tour.
