Van is a charming city located in the eastern part of Turkey and is in close proximity to the Iranian border. Am working since 20 years at 5 stars hotels. The hotel certainly exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and very helpful and very accommodating. Me and my nephew were impressed with the hotel and bathroom. The manager Mr Caner very nice person and front desk and bell boy very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better. The breakfast delicious , plentiful and imaginative . Super comfortable, luxurious standard room with plenty of space and attention to every detail and comfort with beautiful sea view and sunset. We enjoyed using the gym and it was lovely to sit on the terrace overlooking the lake. I would like to have stayed in that room forever. Genuinely lovely, cared for hotel.
