The staff give an extremely warm reception, they are super friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and what can be done…..if they didn’t know, they knew someone who does. For example, they arranged a night watching the turtles and a guide to walk some local waterfalls. When we arrived we were assigned a room that was not correct and he changed it for us, gave us the best room in the hotel, cooked local food for us, took great care of us and looked after us very well. The hotel locked its doors at 9.00pm, ridiculous in this day and age, especially as people go there to watch Leatherback Turtles which only come onto the beach at night.
