The staff at the Bayview hotel was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They were a great resource during our stay and wonderful to talk to! The hotel was well located close to Qixingtan Beach. Our room had a great view and the hotel breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again!

I thought that I just booked a room! I found that breakfast and dinner buffet were included, along with coffee, tea, ice-cream, and snacks all day long, as well as free laundry facilities and bicycles. I had seen free laundry and snacks mentioned in other reviews and, frankly, I didn't really believe it! The laundry facilities were excellent and included detergent as well. The breakfast and dinner buffet options were substantial. The room was also surprisingly nice with an excellent shower and toilet with bidet functions. All around fabulous for the price - I would stay here again the next time I was in Hualien for a hike.

Mini-bar open from 11am-8pm which have 6 different kind of ice cream, soda machine, 4 other different kind of drinks, 5 kind of crackers and popcorn, all you can eat or drink. Room is big, staff are friendly. Breakfast is great and dinner have choice of steak, chicken, fish fillet and pork chop. Definitely will come again
