The staff are very kind, bed was amazing, the spa area was to die for. Dinner included was hot pot ( very yummy!) And breakfast to choose from Chinese ( best one) to Western style. The room was everything we dreamed of , had a spa bath with hot spring water overlooking the mountains and river.

Great hotel in a lively position, the river passing just by the side, the main road with restaurants and shops on the corner. Nice view from the rooftop restaurant and amazing hot springs spa. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Taiwan in the future.

Great CP value. Very quiet area, confy. Not so old and rundown than some ppl said, was expecting worst bcz of the reviews, but it exceed my expectations, it was kind of casual quality. Great hot/cold bath room. Great staff. I've liked the style of the room and hotel in general.

Extremely new, chic and clean hotel with amazing rooms! There were so many modern amenities and we felt very comfortable. We especially liked the comfy beds, large TV and the bathtub with a great view. The staff was very friendly and the location was good (right next to MRT). Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended! This room is the only hotel I stayed in that has real* soundproofing, I did not hear any noise during check-in/check-out time from our room. During the 3-night stay, We partied hard and did not wake up in the morning due to any unpleasant noise. Awesome service and environment. Japanese-style public bath, and the view from the public bath and our room were nice! Also, the guests were very nice :) it was awesome! we will be back next time.

The room is spacious, well furnished with armchairs, a bay window seat with a beautiful view to the city, and Taipei 101! Two big windows overlooking the city with morning sunlight streaming in, how fantastic is that! The beds are big and comfortable - good night sleep! Hotel staff in general are good, some are better than others! A big shout out is reserved tor Sarah, who was on lifeguard duty on our last night at the rooftop pool. She went above and beyond to make my family feel special ! Thanks!
