Our stay in Dan Stam was great. The communication with Yann was excellent since the beginning and the staff did everything to make our stay comfortable. We had a small hiccup with the airport pickup, but it was solved within a short amount of time in the middle of the night! The hotel was reachable and everything got quickly arranged even if it was 2 in the morning. On top of that we had an extra treat from Yann which was highly appreciated and showed how highly he holds the satisfaction of his customoers. Our room was very big and the bed very comfortable and the surrounding garden gave a nice oasis vibe.

Fabulous stay! The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and come with a private terrace to unwind. It's tucked away in a peaceful part of Arusha, yet still super close to town, restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was a highlight, very generous, fresh, and delicious. I especially loved the large bathroom and thoughtful design details throughout the space. I truly felt well taken care of - a perfect base to relax

The staff were very welcoming, polite, and helpful. The lodge was cozy, well-organized, and beautifully decorated, with a very clean pool. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The meals were generous in portion and absolutely delicious.

I recently spent four nights at Aves Executive Hotel in Arusha, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. This hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay, whether you're in town for business or leisure. It's a perfect base for exploring the city and the surrounding areas, including safaris and the beautiful landscapes of Tanzania. The rooms at Aves Executive Hotel are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. My room had a comfortable bed, modern furnishings, and all the necessary amenities like a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The room was kept impeccably clean throughout my stay, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. The service at this hotel is top-notch. It was so beautiful clean and neat after coming back from the bush holiday, it was so amazing, even met Prince the owner who is an amazing person who is hands on with his customers, he is so helpful, helped us get tours sorted out, the restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful, made sure we’re were sorted out, the rooms were clean and neat, I cannot faulter with anything, I would definitely go back there, the best hospitality I have experienced,

Arush is somewhat outdated. Full of history and character. A lot of old dilapidated buildings. Ladies, I suggest flat footwear as heeled shoes are Impratical and dangerous. Footpaths are uneven and in some places there are none, there open drains with and without cover. The ground is uneven in places. People are extremely helpful and otherwise.

I loved the cool weather and pleasant people (mostly). Our taxi driver was so kind and considerate, ensuring we found our accommodation and were well settled in. Others helped me get the currency right till the numbers clocked in right in my brain, making sure I didn't lose money or get taken advantage of. Life is relaxed there. Loved the cuisine. I also attended a wedding and experienced new culture It was worth my time! We had a cook who made us superb meals! lots of coffee plantations.

Arusha is at the heart of the East African Safari.

Arusha is at the heart of the East African Safari. It is the tourist capital of Tanzania. Here, many tourists arrive from all corners of the world to climb the great Kilimanjaro Mountain or get on a safari across the land of the Masai, including Serengeti National Park. The town is full of history, with great museums and cultural sites. It is the political base of East Africa as it hosts the headquarters of the East African Community which brings together 7 countries. The people are vibrant, the coastal influence in food and cuisine is evident, the bars are 'çhaotic' and the vibe is vibing.

I felt that Arusha was a very friendly and safe town to visit. Everyone was helpful and kind. I was traveling on my own, then with a safari group, and I had a wonderful experience in that town. We walked to local restaurants from our hostel, and I don't remember the names of them. I find that staying at the hostel was better than at a hotel because it is easier to meet other people which makes the visit much more enjoyable, especially when traveling alone. I highly recommend the Wakawaka hostel. It had a great price and breakfast and use of the kitchen were included! Also the owner is wonderful, and gives it a real homey welcoming touch.

Arusha is definitely gorgeous, has potential free activities with intentions to support their town you can visit the art gallery and cultural center and support African culture. I loved the Gran Melia Hotel , Pricilla was very lovely , and the staff in general were just great, amazing food ; best scenery for Mount Meru and the Nature. I was in AWEE

Arusha is so gorgeous.

Arusha is so gorgeous. I honestly wish I had more time there.😍 The view of Mount Meru was such a delight, and the weather is a lot less hot compared to Dar. It rained at some point and ive never been happier all soaked and on a daladala.😂 It's also home to the largest art gallery in Africa, and that place is lovely. I didn't try many different foods but I had zege, ugali, and some local food at a place they called 'Miami Beach'😁 but maybe don't try find that on Google maps. You can ask a local for directions. It's a really amazing place and so much to see so make sure you do better than I did and spend a few more days😎

Planet Lodge is super convenient, being on the outskirts of Arusha centre, on the Kilimanjaro side. It takes about an hour to get there from the airport. The staff were extremely welcoming and very happy to help. I stayed the day before embarking on my safari, and for two nights after the safari. The hotel is very quiet, and felt very safe. The bedrooms are nice and meet all your needs. Having a pool is a plus (although it was quite cold), and the food was generally very good.

Surprisingly, a well-situated boutique hotel close to cafés and restaurants. The bedrooms are spacious, very clean, neat and have a good bathroom and bathtub.  Staff are very attentive, hospital and kind. We felt welcomed ✨️ Breakfast is excellent and stay for dinner or two. The food is yummy... And they have the best sunset viewing rooftop for a nice family (group) photos opt. We are super happy🌅
