The location was easy to get to the shared taxis. Fabulous view from the balcony room. Very modern and well-decorated hotel. Good food in the restaurant with great pricing. Overall highly recommended

    The climate is Mbeya is excellent cool and you can start hikes to the near mountains. The distance to Kitulo NP is not far and can be reached in less than 2 hours. There are few nice coffee shops there. The food at Mbeya Hotel is great (indian). Mbeya can be reached from Songwe airport and Shuttle minibus for 15,000 TSH.

    Mbeya is actually a normal city with lively people and neighbourhoods. you can get pretty much everything you really want from around you. Its more of a faming community in the tropical areas of Tanzania. The weather is is incredibly nice though cold most of the time with temperatures dropping to as low as 9/10degrees
