This is the best hotel in Arusha. Amazing facilities, mesmerising gardens/infinity pool, great rooms! Everything was spotless, modern and stylish. The staff are also up to the same level! The breakfast is fabulous with loads of choice! The rooftop restaurant/bar worths a visit for sunset with superb views of Mount Meru.

Best value for money in Arusha! Very spacious rooms, super clean and with all the amenities! Lots of green in the surroundings that you don’t realise you’re in a city. The breakfast was delicious, we could choose one of the options on the menu and was made on the spot. Super friendly stuff, the girls at the reception taught me a lot of Swahili words and phrases that I used on my whole trip later.

The pool and garden were superb and the room very comfortable with a great breakfast. I was sick when we checked out and we had a long wait until we had to go to the outfit and the staff set up a mattress in the conference room for me to rest after check in because they were fully booked and needed to clean our room.

I wish I could give this Hotel 11 out of 10. I have stayed in many hotels and this tops the list. The staff were amazing from the second I stepped out of the taxi the security man was so friendly and helpful and kind and welcoming and all of the staff were incredible. Prince, the manager, is an electric hard-working generous fountain of knowledge. I would not have made it to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro without his advice, guidance, encouragement, and inspiration as well as the help of many other of the wonderful staff. The room was so beautiful and spacious. It is rare to find a hotel with such an extensive fully well equipped gym just like one of the best gyms in the world. The restaurant on the top floor has beautiful views and ambience and the food comes in generous proportions and is delicious and the staff are so lovely. The cafe downstairs also has great options and delicious smoothies for after a gym workout. The location is central and close to banks and restaurants and other amenities. I would love to go there again

I was pleasantly surprised about everything at the hotel. The entire staff (from reception to kitchen to cleaning) were ALL so very nice and courteous and helpful. The pool area was great. The hotel was nice (looks like it was recently built). My room was nice (balcony, large bathroom), very clean, great wifi, and plenty of hot water. Also, It was a quick ride to the bus station (which I took from Arusha to Nairobi, on Impala Shulttle).

One word: AMAZING. The rooms are huge, the beds are comfortable, everything is super clean, and the staff is simply amazing. Dinner is delicious and very affordable. We had to leave super early in the morning, and we received a breakfast box and a coffee to go to not start our trip with empty stomachs. Definitely the best hotel I stayed in in Tanzania so far.
