The hospitality from everyone was amazing. From the moment we arrived till we left the premises, everyone made our accommodation unforgettable. The resort is located in a great place. The rooms are luxurious, and the food is very good. A peaceful and romantic place.

The hotel was so clean , location is excellent, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely view at 8th floor bar and restuaran , Swimming pool at 8th floor was amazing. Just loved this hotel and will stay again in it.

Good location. Spacious and clean room, also I had nice view to the city. Good breakfast, even though I'd like to have a bit more choice of vegetables. Friendly and helpful staff, I forgot important document during check-out, and they contacted me and helped me to get it back!

The property is fabulous. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast at the hotel has a beautiful spread. The staff is so welcoming. Although it's a 4 star rated property, it has all the qualities of a 5star. The location is also apt with almost everything around it including a mall and restaurants. I will highly recommend this property.

A very nice hotel.

A very nice hotel. The location was not very central, but not too bad. You could move about the town easily. The facilities and staff were great, very accommodating. Very clean with a lot of beautiful touches.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay!

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay! The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to comfort made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The route road from the main road to the hotel is not tarmac like most roads in Uganda, It didn’t bother me a lot.
