The day before I checked in Jackie the receptionist text me with the room number and the security code to get into the room. Never had to deal with any staff. Really like it that way and she was absolutely great. Answered all questions very thorough most amazing thing of all. They left the light on in the room for us. Thought that was great.

I stayed at the Crosby Lofts the night before an early morning surgery at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Ctr . I had been shopping around for hotels in the area for about a month and the Crosby Lofts was the only hotel that looked clean and attractive so I eventually booked 2 nights. The Lofts provided me with a 1 minute drive to the hospital so it was very convenient at 6 AM on the day of surgery. The room was extremely clean, the bathroom modern and updated, and the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker were a nice touch that we were happy to have. The beds were very comfortable as well. I also liked the external entry using a passcode. There is no staff or registration desk on-site, however, I temporarily lost my passcode, contacted the Lofts, and someone immediately contacted me with the information, as there is somebody on call at all times. I would love to come back and stay here for pleasure when it doesn't involve surgery. It was such a cute and quaint boutique hotel with the pizza place just below, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

It was a great location. Appreciated it being close to trails and within a half hour of Brainerd. We appreciated the space for relaxing and playing games as a family. Couches were comfy.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms.
