It was a great location for us. We met family for a family celebration. It was close to their house. We had a lot of room. It was nice that we weren’t crowded in our room. I appreciate that! The coffee was good and we had a few cups. When we travel, coffee gets us through the day. Thank you!

I liked it had coffee making facilities in the bedroom, importnat when working on the laotop computer for hourse. I am used to this in UK. Brenda the beakfastr lady was efficient & kept everyone informed when the coffee pot was being replaced, useul information when looking around for coffee. All staff both at recepton & bed changing were friendly

    I love the spread out town, and have been staying there since 1988 while attending the NHRA Gatornationals Championship Drag Racing event. Would relocate to that area if I could land a good job there.

    Just passing thru and needed a hotel for the night and in the past Comfort Hotels were always a safe choice while traveling. Let's start with 179.00 with taxes were alot to ask for the location on MLK and the condition of this location. But it gave us a place to sleep for a few hours. Bed felt like it was 30yrs old and the bathroom floor needs a good cleaning. Breakfast had waffles and hard boiled eggs. No scrambled eggs or sausage. Coffee was warm and no cream only vanilla creamer or milk. Think this says it all.

    I liked the front desk agent she was very sweet the older lady overall the hotel is very comfortable I have no complaints, 8m going to be visiting in that city more often and i wouldn't go anywhere else

    Everyone was friendly and accommodating from the moment I booked. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms with a nice view of the trees. Bed was comfortable. Pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

    That there was a room available. Football game had most of the rooms anywhere in Gainesville taken and the ones that weren’t ran $500+ up into the thousands for two nights
