Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

    They have direct access to the beach which is very nice and cabana boys that will put up umbrellas and chairs. Staff was nice location was good. I didn’t feel the accommodations were what I was led to believe in the photos. Tiny tiny bathroom & barely a kitchen , kitchen facilities lacking , pull out couch extremely uncomfortable tv noisy. I thought I booked first floor facing the ocean and we got second floor facing the trees

    Had no complaints really, the place is decent. Some outdated carpet and shotty tile grout along with trees blocking my view of the ocean but honestly....it was a very nice place to stay ill come again for sure.

    Ocean Coloney Beach Club offers a great beach, nice pool, and location that is a short drive to Montauk. Very pleasant beach staff. Chairs and umbrellas provided courteously. Just a wonderful beach - with big waves!

    The location to the private beach, pool was nice, location was quiet and beautiful but still had a bagel/deli and a couple restaurants within walking distance. Short drive into either Montauk or amagansett.
