    Spouse grew up and raised family in Ashland.

    Spouse grew up and raised family in Ashland. A great place to live. Beautiful Waterfront Park. Hotel is very close to several restaura nts to include Bob Evans,, Denny's and a large Walmart. Cinema, games, and bowling nearby. This hotel is NOT right on the hiway so there was very little road noise which was greatly appreciated. We were not awakened by trucks and traffic going by.

    Small river (ohio river) town. People friendly.

    Small river (ohio river) town. People friendly. Some local shops. Close to sate Parks Greenbo Lake & Carter Caves. Yes. CVrisp Dairy Treat, Great Hot dogs and shakes. J7J Resturant locally owned and operated Good food, specials each day, GiovanniesPizza Bob Evans, Waffle house. Easy access to town.

    We were here on a business trip, but I am hoping to come...

    We were here on a business trip, but I am hoping to come back in the near future as this is where my husband was born and raised. He couldn't come with me on this trip, but I hope we can come back before winter. I want to do some more sightseeing and visit places of his childhood.
