Been here a few times, last time the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to TV and no one , not even the IT service , couldnt fix it. Not that big of a deal, just TV but maybe find better quicker methods to problem solve this in house before consulting the third party IT people

Price wise gave me one price and then when I got there, it was a whole total different price. The lady in a PM was not very nice person the lady in the morning she was a younger girl with red hair. She was excellent.

The hotel was very bright and clean, and smelled clean too. The bright lighting at your hotel made me feel safer, and it seriously smelled clean, even in the hallway. My room at your hotel was very clean and inviting, and even the lobby had plenty of places for me to lounge, rest, read my book, and they were all clean and well kept. I was able to easily sign into the TV and watch Netflix without internet interruption. The remote was easy to find, which I appreciate because sometimes u go to a hotel and have to search for where they keep it, and since I travel alone the first thing I do is turn the TV on right away, the sound makes me feel comforted.

    The room was ok however furniture needs upgrading, I also feel that all rooms need to have microwave not just suites, because as a regular traveler microwaves are a necessity in rooms. On the positive side, breakfast was good and it saved us money from eating out, and their was a good varieties of different things, it also had a pool and a exercise room so that also was a plus as well.

    I liked most the room, Big spacious, clean. I liked least my door being knocked on by a guest well after my baby party was over, no kids were jumping ,they came from the pool getting ready for bed and police was called for “noise”
